Tl;dr secret nepo baby with the memories of a dead 12-year-old on top of her regular self following the family idol business.
ABILITIES
[WEAPON] - A whip-like weapon where the handle is essentially a ruby-encrusted hand mic.
[STAR STRUCK] {C} - Debuff. Ruby creates a small flare of light with the chance to lower the accuracy of any attacks against the party. At C, she can specifically target one enemy, and any enemies nearby have a slight chance of also being stunned. [LIGHT SHOW] {E} - An offensive attack that causes Ruby's whip to spark when she cracks it, slightly increasing the damage she's capable of doing. At E, this extra damage can only go up to a quarter of the original damage output and doesn't add any elemental damage.

PERSONALITY
Anyone talking to Ruby will get the impression that she’s an extroverted, friendly girl who’s easily excitable and difficult to discourage. She’ll often be the first person to approach someone who appears to be alone and enjoys socializing with others. It’s also extremely obvious how much Ruby loves idols and entertainment in general–she’ll fawn over fellow artists that she recognizes or sees have a deep passion about what they do similar to her. When it comes to idols her fan tendencies might get a tad bit aggressive given she considers herself an expert and the number one fan and defender of a certain idol and Dreamer that she’s loved since she was a baby (and that is her mother but not everybody knows that).
Overall she’s a nice girl and a loyal friend, but her social awareness may leave a bit to be desired. Ruby gives her opinions freely and is usually honest without fully realizing if she’s saying something that comes across as insensitive. Her thought process also occasionally gets a darkly humorous streak that mostly comes out around her brother and surrogate family.
Ruby approaches her life with intense energy and zeal—remembering a time when her body was barely able to move how she wanted it, she wants to take advantage of the second chance at life she feels she’s been given. It’s extremely difficult to discourage her from a goal especially if it involves her dreams, and she’ll work to reach them even if it might end up bordering on overwork. She also leans more towards being honest with herself, wanting to be authentic as possible in her idol work and avoiding shortcuts and easy outs. This extends to how she views others too in that she’s particularly sensitive to being lied to.
